COMMUNICATION IN REFERENCE TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 AND CURRENT APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

In accordance with EU regulation 2016/679, and applicable Privacy regulations, BASICNET S.p.a. con socio unico., based in Torino, Largo Maurizio Vitale 1, Controller of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter the “Company”), through its Legal Representative provides you with the following information regarding its use.

Purpose of processing

Your data will be processed by the Company for purposes related and/or necessary to sourcing and selecting candidates.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for data processing resides in the implementation of pre-contract measures as per your request.

Mandatory data provision

Data provision is optional but necessary to pursue the aims listed above; therefore your refusal to provide it may prevent the Company from carrying out its sourcing and selection activities and prevent your Candidacy from being taken into consideration.

Data Processing procedures

Concerning the aims listed above personal data will be processed with manual, and digital tools, according to procedures strictly related to the aims stated, and with security measures adequate at guaranteeing the safety and privacy of your personal data, according to company policies following current legislation.

Data retention

In accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, the data will not be stored for periods longer than those essential to achieve the aims listed above.

Data communication and sharing

The data will not be shared and/or communicated. Only authorized Processing Officers pursuing the achievement of the above listed aims may access the data (even just partially).

Rights of concerned parties

The subjects personal data refers to have the right to obtain at any moment confirmation whether data regarding them is being processed, and if that is the case may access the data and information referred to in art. 15 of Regulations, to obtain a copy of said data or relative rectification (art. 15 and 16). Subjects concerned may also request data deletion, processing limitation, mobility and to complain to overseeing authority and oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing (art. 17).
