<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">We are&#10;looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service&#160;<b>&#160;</b>who will join Woolrich E-commerce team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Experience. The role&#10;will support e-commerce activities across the entire EMEA market,&#10;collaborating both with the e-commerce team and cross-functionally with various&#10;company departments, including Logistics, Merchandising, CRM,&#10;Administration/Finance, and IT/Digital.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><span><i>Knowledge, skills and abilities required</i></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li><span>Degree in Marketing, Economics, Languages, Communication, or related fields, or equivalent training;</span></li><li>1&#8211;2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, retail operations, or similar environments;</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;</li><li>Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;</li><li>Interest in the fashion and apparel industry;</li><li>Basic understanding of e-commerce processes, including order management, payments, and logistics;</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment;</li><li>Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset;</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.</li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li>Support the coordination of the external customer care team and assist in the management of escalated customer requests;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Monitor order processing and fulfillment through OMS platforms (Fluent Commerce and Commerce Layer);&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Support the daily control of online payments through Adyen and assist in resolving payment-related issues;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Assist in the management of chargebacks and payment disputes;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Act as an operational point of contact with the logistics warehouse for shipment and return-related activities;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Collaborate with the Administration team on invoicing checks and payment reconciliations;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Monitor and update operational reports and KPIs, including order fulfillment, returns, customer service performance, and chargeback rates;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Support the identification of operational issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives;&#10;</li>&#10;<li>&#10;Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily e-commerce operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>For this role, the salary range will be between &#8364;25,000 and &#8364;30,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate's experience and overall profile.</span></p><p>&#10;</p><p><span>The position is based in Turin.</span></p>
