<p>For our brand-new Sebago store in Bologna, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Store Supervisor to coordinate the team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive store performance.</p><p>Rooted in craftsmanship, authenticity, and timeless style, Sebago offers the opportunity to represent a distinctive lifestyle brand and contribute to the success of a new store from day one.</p><p><br></p><p><span><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required</b></span></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least <span>5 years of experience</span> in fashion retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands, demonstrating progressive career development and increasing levels of responsibility in roles such as Senior Sales Assistant, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Customer-oriented mindset, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance indicators.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent command of English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus).</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience in new store openings will be considered a plus.</li></ul>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure the team consistently reflects Sebago&#8217;s brand values.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), establish, analyze results, and identify opportunities to maximize store performance and achieve commercial objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee daily store activities, inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company procedures and operational standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain continuous coordination and timely communication with the HQ, providing regular updates on store operations, commercial performance, team development, and any relevant issues requiring attention.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate, motivate, and support the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide clear and regular reports to management on store performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>
