<p><span>For the </span><span><b>upcoming opening</b> of our brand new <b>Sebago store in Catania</b>, </span><span>we’re looking for a </span><span><b>Store Manager</b></span><span> to manage and lead a high-performing team to ensure the best level of customer experience, deliver the brand’s vision, and achieve sales targets.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required </b></span></p><p><span><br></span></p><ul><li>Previous experience as Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;</li><li>experience in all aspects of store management and exceptional customer-oriented interactions, with the aim of creating outstanding customer service experiences and relationships;</li><li>leadership skills and the ability to build, manage, and collaborate within a team, paired with proven organizational abilities;</li><li>strong communication skills, effective in interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management;</li><li>fluent in English.</li></ul>
