<p>We&#8217;re looking for a new colleague to take on the role o<b>f Marketing Manager</b> and join the Kappa Marketing team. The successful candidate will support and drive strategic activities for the <b>football category</b>:&#160;&#160;this role involves the&#10;operational coordination of product launches, the management of communication&#10;campaigns, and support for marketing activities related to sponsored teams,&#10;working in close coordination with direct markets and the international&#10;distribution network.<font face="Calibri, sans-serif"><span></span></font></p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required</u></b></p><p><span><br></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Degree&#10;in Marketing, Economics, Communication or related fields</span></li><li>At&#10;least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within sportswear,&#10;sports or consumer goods companies</li><li>Experience&#10;in managing marketing projects and product launches</li><li>Knowledge&#10;of the football industry</li><li>Strong&#10;project management and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of digital and&#10;social media marketing tolos</li><li>Analytical mindset with&#10;a results-driven approach</li><li>Excellent command of&#10;English, both written and spoke</li><li>Willingness to travel&#10;domestically and internationally</li></ul><p></p><p><br></p>

<p></p><ul><li>Support the planning and execution of football product launches (technical apparel, footwear and accessories), working closely with Product, Sales and Retail teams.</li><li>Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, events and point of sale.</li><li>Support marketing activities related to sponsored clubs and federations, including official kit launches and fan engagement initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with international licensees and direct markets to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication assets.</li><li>Monitor market trends and campaign performance, supporting reporting and analysis activities.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Digital, Communication and Licensing teams.</li></ul><p></p>
