We are currently looking for a <b>Business Analyst Intern</b>&#160;to join the&#160;<b>Kappa Marketing Team&#160;</b>at our headquarters in&#160;<b>Turin</b>.&#160;<p>The intern will support the marketing department with data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to improve campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and guide strategic decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required</b></p><p><br></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field;</li><li>Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing) is a plus;</li><li>Proficiency&#10;in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);</li><li>Knowledge of&#10;marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and CRM/e-commerce platforms;</li><li>Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical&#10;stakeholders;</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills;</li><li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.</li></ul><p></p>
