<p>We are looking for a <b>Talent Acquisition Manager</b> to join the K-Way team. </p><p>The role, reporting to the HR Department, will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes and contributing to the development of strategc initiatives focused on attracting and nurturing talent. This position offers a high level of autonomy and direct involvement in shaping recruiting and employer branding strategies. </p><p>The environment is dynamic, fast-growing, and strongly focused on valuing people as a key lever for the company’s development. </p><p><br></p><p><em>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required</em></p><p><strong><em><br></em></strong></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Economics, Law, or related fields</li><li>At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role within the Retail sector</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and autonomy in managing assigned tasks</li><li>Proactivity, ability to manage priorities, negotiate effectively, and work in partnership with business functions</li></ul>
