<h2><br></h2><p class="isSelectedEnd">K-Way is looking for a&#160;<b>PR &amp; Press Manager</b> to lead and shape the brand&#8217;s global communication strategy.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">Reporting to senior leadership, this strategic role will be responsible for defining and driving K-Way&#8217;s worldwide PR, press and media strategy, ensuring a coherent, distinctive and aspirational brand positioning across all markets and channels.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision with an extensive international media network and a deep understanding of the fashion, lifestyle and cultural landscape.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><br></p><ul><li>Define and lead the global PR &amp; Press strategy in line with K-Way&#8217;s brand positioning, business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate international press offices and PR agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency of messaging and excellence in execution across all markets.</li><li>Act as the primary strategic interface with top-tier international media, editors, opinion leaders and cultural stakeholders, strengthening K-Way&#8217;s visibility and authority within the fashion and lifestyle landscape.</li><li>Drive the global press narrative by defining key messages, storytelling pillars and seasonal communication frameworks across product launches, collaborations and brand initiatives.</li><li>Provide strategic direction for PR events, press presentations, brand activations and high-profile launches, ensuring coherence with the overall brand image and communication strategy.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Digital, Trade and Creative teams to deliver an integrated communication approach across all online and offline touchpoints.</li><li>Define and supervise influencer and celebrity seeding strategies, ensuring alignment with brand values, positioning and long-term brand relevance.</li><li>Monitor market trends, media landscape evolution and competitor activity to continuously refine communication strategies and maintain K-Way&#8217;s competitive edge.</li></ul>
