<p><span>We are looking for a</span><span> Legal Manager </span><span>who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><em>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities Required</em></p><p><br></p><ul class="_091eca81 cf7dd57e c194e966"><li>Approximately 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.</li><li>Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.</li><li>Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.</li><li>High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul class="_091eca81 cf7dd57e c194e966"><li><span>Contract Management: </span>Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to agency, distribution, commercial lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.</li><li><span>Commercial Law:</span><span class="_42cd4ea1 c194e966"> </span>Provide legal advice on various commercial law matters affecting the company's operations, including consumer law, e-commerce, and intellectual property.</li><li><span>Compliance: </span>Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries of new legal developments relevant to the business.</li><li><span>Litigation Coordination:</span><span class="_42cd4ea1 c194e966"> </span>Coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters, manage legal disputes, and assist in developing effective litigation strategies.</li><li><span>Advisory Role: </span>Serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations), providing clear, actionable, and practical legal guidance.</li><li><span>Risk Management: </span>Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li></ul>
