We are seeking a for an IT Retail & Omnichannel Manager to oversee the development of IT solutions for Retail and Omnichannel business. Reporting directly to the IT & Transformation Direction, the new resource will ensure smooth integration of physical and digital channels while enhancing the customer experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilites Required <div class="ListContainerWrapper SCXW9095858 BCX0"></div><div class="ListContainerWrapper SCXW9095858 BCX0"><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW9095858 BCX0" role="list"><li>5–8 years of professional experience in IT for Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments.  </li><li>Proficient in POS, CRM, ERP platforms, and e-commerce solutions. </li><li>Solid understanding of digital customer experience workflows and processes. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships. </li><li>High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit. </li><li>Fluency in Italian and English is required;</li></ul></div>
