<span>For the </span><span><b>K-Way</b></span><span> brand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Customer Service Assistant</b></span><span> to join our team based in <span><b>Turin</b>.</span></span><p>The resource will support the sales department in the operational and administrative management of customers, ensuring efficient and timely service to agents, distributors, and direct clients.</p><p><br></p><p><i><span><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required </b></span></i></p><p><br></p><p>• Good organizational skills and attention to detail<br> • Advanced knowledge of Excel<br> • Good communication and interpersonal skills<br> • Familiarity with main ERP systems (e.g., ERP / AS400)<br> • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus</p>
• Provide support to agents, distributors, and direct customers on commercial and administrative matters<br> • Order management: entry, progress monitoring, receipt, and preparation<br> • Provide information on the status of orders and shipments<br> • Handle complaints related to shipping delays, missing goods, and issues with carriers<br> • Manage customer records and update data<br> • Prepare, send, and archive commercial and administrative documents<br> • Handle replacements, product exchanges, and other customer requests<br> • Returns management: enter requests into the company system, organize collections, and monitor the issuance of credit notes<br> • Support payment reminder and credit collection activities<br> • Prepare documentation for non-EU shipments<br> • Analyze the order backlog<br> • Provide general support to the sales team
