<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Fashion, Design, or a related field. </li> <li> 5+ years of experience in content production, creative project management, brand communication, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer goods industry. </li> <li> Proven experience managing end-to-end photo and video productions. </li> <li> Strong understanding of content strategy, digital communication, social media, and omnichannel marketing. </li> <li> Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li> <li> Experience working with creative agencies, production houses, and external vendors. </li> <li> Strong visual sensibility and storytelling capabilities. </li> <li> Analytical mindset with experience interpreting content performance data and KPIs. </li> <li> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li> Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.</li>
<li><span>Lead and manage the full content production lifecycle, from creative ideation and planning through execution, post-production, and final delivery.</span></li> <li> Coordinate and oversee photo and video productions for brand campaigns, seasonal launches, social media, e-commerce, retail activations, corporate communications, and special projects. </li> <li> Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, directors, stylists, production companies, creative agencies, freelancers, and other external partners. </li> <li> Ensure all content reflects K-Way’s brand identity, visual standards, and communication guidelines across global and local markets. </li> <li> Adapt and distribute content across multiple channels and touchpoints, including social media, e-commerce, CRM, digital and print advertising, retail environments, events, and PR initiatives. </li> <li> Develop, maintain, and manage editorial and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business priorities. </li> <li> Coordinate internal stakeholders across Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Product, PR, and Sales teams to ensure timely content delivery and alignment. </li> <li> Manage content production budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor negotiations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. </li> <li> Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics and insights, and continuously optimize content strategies and outputs based on business objectives and audience engagement. </li> <li> Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, technologies, and best practices in content creation, storytelling, and production.</li>
