<ul><li><p>Support the analysis of training needs across the Group, with a specific focus on initiatives eligible for <strong>funded training</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to the design, organization and implementation of training programs for different populations (retail, HQ, managers)</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage operational activities related to <strong>funded training programs</strong>, including documentation, coordination with external partners and compliance with funding requirements</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the definition and execution of the annual training plan, including mandatory and compliance-related training (e.g. health & safety)</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate onboarding training initiatives for new hires and selected key populations</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor and track training activities, collecting data, KPIs and feedback to evaluate effectiveness</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the management of the training budget, with particular attention to funded initiatives and cost optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate external training providers and support the evaluation of courses and trainers</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to the update and daily management of the Group learning platform, supporting user adoption and content updates</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a point of reference for HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on operational learning and training topics</p></li></ul>
