<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="ES">We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to to support the design, coordination and implementation of training initiatives across the Group.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="ES">The role will contribute to the development of employees’ skills, ensuring effective use of funded training opportunities and alignment between training activities, business objectives, organizational needs and compliance requirements.</span></p><p><span lang="ES"><br></span></p><p><span lang="ES"><b><u>Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required</u></b></span></p><p><span lang="ES"><b><u><br></u></b></span></p><p><span lang="ES"><b><u><br></u></b></span></p><p><span lang="ES"></span></p><ul type="disc"><li><p>At least 3 years of experience in Training & Development roles within structured organization</p></li><li><p><span>Solid knowledge of </span><span>funded training programs</span><span> </span><span>(e.g. interprofessional funds), including application, management and reporting phases</span></p></li> <li> <p><span>Good understanding of training needs analysis, instructional design and learning evaluation</span></p></li> <li> <p>Experience in coordinating training plans and managing relationships with training providers</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work autonomously in a multi-site and multi-stakeholder environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and operational mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Good communication skills, proactive attitude and strong interest in people development</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient English language skills</p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in </span><span>retail environments </span><span>(</span><span>with exposure to training initiatives for store staff) is appreciated</span></p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Support the analysis of training needs across the Group, with a specific focus on initiatives eligible for <strong>funded training</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to the design, organization and implementation of training programs for different populations (retail, HQ, managers)</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage operational activities related to <strong>funded training programs</strong>, including documentation, coordination with external partners and compliance with funding requirements</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the definition and execution of the annual training plan, including mandatory and compliance-related training (e.g. health & safety)</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate onboarding training initiatives for new hires and selected key populations</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor and track training activities, collecting data, KPIs and feedback to evaluate effectiveness</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the management of the training budget, with particular attention to funded initiatives and cost optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate external training providers and support the evaluation of courses and trainers</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to the update and daily management of the Group learning platform, supporting user adoption and content updates</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a point of reference for HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on operational learning and training topics</p></li></ul>
