<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="ES">We are looking for a Group Training & Development Manager to lead, design and implement training and development strategies across the Group.</span></p> <span lang="ES">The role will play a key part in strengthening employees’ capabilities, supporting organizational growth and ensuring alignment between people development and business objectives.</span><p><span lang="ES"><br></span></p><p><span lang="ES"><b><u>Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required</u></b></span></p><p><span lang="ES"><b><u><br></u></b></span></p><ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal">Proven experience in the role (at least 5 years) within structured organizations</li><li class="MsoNormal">Solid experience in retail environments, with a strong background in designing and implementing training plans tailored to retail populations (store staff, managers, HQ–retail interfaces)</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design and learning evaluation</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience in budget ownership and management of funded training initiatives</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work autonomously in a complex, multi-site and multi-stakeholder environment</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, operational approac</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role</li></ul><p><span lang="ES"></span></p><ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal">Proficient in English language</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead the analysis of Group-wide training needs, translating business priorities into structured learning and development initiatives</li><li>Design, develop and continuously improve training programs and learning materials tailored to different populations and functions</li><li>Define and oversee the annual training plan, including mandatory health and safety training, ensuring compliance, quality and timely deliver</li><li>Deliver and coordinate onboarding training programs for new hires and key population</li><li>Monitor, measure and report on training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluation tools and feedback questionnaires (courses and trainers’ performance)</li><li>Manage and optimize the training budget, including course costs, funded training programs and external training providers</li><li>Select, coordinate and evaluate external trainers and partners</li><li>Oversee the update, development and implementation of the BasicNet Group learning platform, promoting its adoption and continuous improvement</li><li>Act as a strategic partner for HR and business stakeholders on learning, development and upskilling topics</li></ul>
