<p>We are looking for a motivated new <b>intern </b>to join the HR Department of BasicNet Group and support the <b>HR Analytics & Administration</b> team in activities related to corporate planning, workforce analytics, and personnel administration across the Group.</p> <p>The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR business processes within a multi-brand, international organization. The intern, supported by senior colleagues, will contribute to labour cost control, HR KPI analysis, and organizational structure monitoring, while providing support in coordination activities with foreign subsidiaries and daily HR operations.</p><p><br></p><p><i><u><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required</b><br></u></i></p><p><i><u><b><br></b></u></i></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Labour Law or Business with a master/course of specialization in HR</span></li><li>Strong interest towards HR topics</li><li>Good knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel</li><li>Good knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus</li><li>Analytical mindset and interest in working with numbers and data</li><li>Proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team</li></ul><p></p>
