<p>We’re looking for a new colleague to join us as <b>Retail Trainer</b> for the<b> BasicNet Group brands</b>.</p><p>The Retail Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs to the sales network, ensuring a consistent and elevated customer experience across all points of sale.</p><p>The role covers training activities in the following areas:</p><p></p><ul><li>Sales techniques and customer experience</li><li>Product knowledge (collections, materials, fit, brand storytelling and positioning)</li><li>Company systems and digital tools</li></ul><p></p><p>The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Retail, Commercial, HR and other HQ teams to support local store teams, new store openings and overall performance development, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.</p><p><span><br></span></p><p><span><u><b><i>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required </i></b></u></span></p><p><br></p><p></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a fashion retail store environment, with direct exposure to sales and customer interaction</li><li>Degree or educational background in Fashion, Textile, or Fashion Business</li><li>Strong knowledge of fashion products, including materials and collection development logic</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role or in developing training programs and materials is considered a plus</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Fluency in English; knowledge of French is highly appreciated</span></li><li>Strong interest in fashion products and commercial dynamics</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for training</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently</li></ul>
