We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join our BasicNet Group Legal department.<div><p>Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. <div><div><p><b>Contract Management</b></p><ul><li>Support the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and filing of a wide range of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, commercial lease, supplier, service, and non-disclosure agreements.</li><li>Assist in the legal management of contracts related to M&amp;A and real estate transactions.</li><li>Ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and applicable legal requirements</li></ul><b>Legal Support<br></b><ul><li>Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, consumer law, e-commerce, and intellectual property matters, under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel.</li><li>Assist the business in identifying and addressing legal issues arising from day-to-day operations.</li><li>Support commercial and operational teams in developing practical, business-oriented legal solutions.</li><li>Contribute to the drafting of legal documents, opinions, and guidance materials.</li></ul><b>Compliance</b><br><ul><li>Support the monitoring of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare updates on regulatory developments relevant to the business.</li><li>Participate in corporate governance and compliance projects across the organization.</li><li>Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal compliance processes.</li></ul><b>Litigation Support<br></b><ul><li>Assist in the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters.</li><li>Coordinate activities with external law firms and legal advisors.</li><li>Support the collection and organization of relevant documentation and monitor ongoing cases and disputes.</li></ul><b>Business Partnership<br></b><ul><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional projects involving legal and regulatory considerations.</li><li>Build effective working relationships with business teams to support the achievement of strategic objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.</li></ul><b>Risk Management<br></b><ul><li>Support the identification and assessment of potential legal risks.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation measures under the guidance of the Deputy General Counsel.</li><li>Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's legal and compliance framework.</li></ul></div></div>
