We are looking for a Intern to join our HR Office in the Payroll team. The selected candidate will support the team in daily activities and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processes and HR administration. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required  <ul><li>Support the processing and verification of monthly payroll slips.</li><li>Assist in preparing basic personnel cost analyses and simulations.</li><li>Help manage periodic statutory requirements (Uniemens, F24, accounting records, LUL).</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of annual declarations (CU, 770, INAIL self-assessments).</li><li>Support communications with public institutions (INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency).</li><li>Collaborate in monitoring updates on labor and tax legislation.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Educational background in Payroll and Contributions (professional course) or Labor Consultancy, as well as in HR or Economics (combined with a deep focus in payroll).</li><li>Strong interest in payroll, labor regulations, and HR administration.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Precision, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
