<p>For the strengthening of our HR department, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized <strong>HR Administration Specialist</strong> to join our HR Administration team based in Turin.<br>The resource will support the HR team by managing employee records, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.<br>Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, this role will play an important part in maintaining efficient and well-organized HR operations.</p><p> </p><p><b><br></b></p><p><span><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required</b></span></p><p><span><em><br></em></span></p><ul><li>Degree in Law, Labor Consultancy or related field;</li><li>Proven experience in HR administration (2+ years);</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);</li><li>Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal:</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. </li></ul>
<div class="margin-bottom ng-star-inserted"><ul><li>Oversee daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective departmental operations;</li><li>Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency;</li><li>Manage and mantain HR systems and databases;</li><li>Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring completion of required documentation and training for new hires;</li><li>Handle employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, contract extensions, terminations, and variations;</li><li>Draft employment contracts and monitor key contractual deadlines, including internship activations and renewals;</li><li>Support payroll operations by providing accurate employee data to ensure timely and correct payroll processing;</li><li>Maintain and update employee records (personal data, job details, compensation), ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.</li></ul></div>
