<p>We are looking for a resource who, after a period of on-the job training, will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and on site, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provid support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><i><span><b>Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required</b></span></i></p><p></p><ul><li>IT high school diploma or participation in specific technical courses; </li><li>Proficiency both in Italian and English;</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware; </li><li>Previous experience in the IT sector in the same tasks.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hardware and software configuration for PCs, printers, VoIP telephones, smartphones; </li><li>Management and monitoring of user requests, remotely and on-site, via Help Desk ticketing system; </li><li>PC preparation/installation/upgrades/licences/hardware parts replacement; </li><li>Technical troubleshooting and support, device management and their functionalities (Printers /Wi-Fi/PCs/Projectors); </li><li>IT supplier administrative management (quotations and orders).</li></ul>
