<p>We are looking for a dynamic and analytical<b> E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist</b> to support one of our brand&#8217;s digital growth through assortment management and the coordination of operational activities across digital channels.</p>&#10;<p>The role will be part of the E-Commerce team and will work closely with Buying, Marketing, UX, and Operations, with the aim of ensuring alignment between product, storytelling, and commercial performance.</p><p><br></p><p>The resource will be responsible for the operational management of the e-commerce assortment and catalog, <b>overseeing products from selection through to online publication</b>. They will work with <b>data and stock to support sales</b>, optimizing content, visibility, and product rotation with the aim of improving the performance of the digital channel (sales, conversion, stock), while ensuring a smooth operational flow across the involved teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b><i>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities Required</i></b></p><p><span><br></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related field</span></li><li>At least 3&#8211;5 years of experience in a similar role in the<b> fashion industry</b></li><li>Hands-on experience in e-commerce merchandising / buying</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (sell-through, conversion, AOV, return rate)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects</li><li>Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments</li></ul><p></p>
